Robin's story

Year quit: 2009
Robin smoked for 43 years and was smoking 3 packs a day before she quit. She quit because she couldn’t breathe and wanted to be healthier for her granddaughter. Her doctor prescribed a quit-smoking medicine to help. She says every little bit helps and positive support makes all the difference. Robin shared her story about why she quit to help motivate others to try to stop and to Make Smoking History.
