Steve is a cardiovascular technologist and an ex-smoker. He got help to quit through a quit-smoking program. He says “You have to have a reason. You have to be motivated. And if you don’t quit the first time, you’ve got to keep trying.” Steve shared his story about quitting to help motivate others to try to stop and to Make Smoking History.
