Public Health Programs

QuitWorks has been customized for several programs administered by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. These include the Women's Health Network (WHN), operating in 26 sites statewide, and the Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, with 36 offices throughout Massachusetts.

WHN case managers and clinicians and WIC office staff can download a customized QuitWorks enrollment form for their office or check with your WIC or Women's Health Network contact at the Department of Public Health.

Substance abuse treatment and mental health providers can use the QuitWorks program by downloading the generic enrollment form. The Bureau of Substance Abuse Services offers training programs periodically on treating tobacco use and dependency for substance abuse treatment clinicians.
